Transylvania, or Siebenbürgen, is a region in central Romania framed by the Carpathian Mountains and known for its beautiful landscapes and multicultural heritage. Medieval towns like Brașov, Sibiu, and Sighișoara preserve centuries-old architecture, fortified churches, and strong Saxon influences. It’s a place where mountain scenery, folklore, and history come together to create an unforgettable travel experience. I’ll be sharing four parts of my travel and street photography impressions from Transylvania, starting with a few nature snapshots.
