Traditions, Part 2

On a Sunday stroll in Kamakura’s Tsurugaoka Hachimangu shrine, I stumbled again upon a Shinto wedding ceremony. Same to that from last year. Since the ceremony was held in public, this was a chance for me to participate. Photographically. :) By the way, notice how precautions (namely: masks) are temporarily ignored by the direct ceremony participants. Japanese take mask wearing in public in times of COVID-19 very seriously. But traditions are traditions.
