Aizhana

It has been a while since my last portrait photo shooting…

I have been using the wonderful Soviet lense Helios-44M since a couple of years now and I have learned to use and appreciate its features. Such as its “swirl” bokeh and lense flares. But when a Facebook friend has recommended me another retro lense recently, I knew I have to try it as well. This is Super-Takumar 55mm F1.8, which is also famous for its bokeh and especially its cool lense flares. What was a technical “error” back then, is a cool “feature” nowadays!

Anyway, when I have bought a Super-Takumar two weeks ago, I needed to make some portraits, especially with the aforementioned lense flares. So I have asked Aizhana to be my model. :)
